Dear Friends of Paws & Claws Feline Rescue,
This August we are celebrating our Seven Year Anniversary! Thanks to you, all our friends, volunteers, and adopters, we have had another successful year and by the end of 2015 we will have adopted over 1,000 cats and kittens!
Since January, we have adopted 150 kitties already this year, however, as usual, we have taken in so many spring kittens that we now need help with their spaying and neutering this fall. It costs thousands of dollars to spay and neuter all the kittens. All donations would be greatly appreciated. We can’t do it without your help!
Paws & Claws has a wonderful new TNR program with Iredell County Animal Control to help with the terrible stray and feral problem. They are spaying and neutering, giving rabies vaccinations, and micro-chipping up to twelve cats a week free of charge! If you have a stray/feral problem please contact Kristina at 704-437-3874. Maybe at last we can reduce the population of unwanted kittens and cats, and prevent all the suffering and death.
We need more volunteers in both Statesville & Mooresville, so please contact us if you can volunteer even one hour a week! It is worthwhile and rewarding to help save the lives of loving cats and kittens. We now have a feral colony to care for and feed.
Please visit us at our downtown Statesville Paws & Claws Adoption Center at 120 W. Broad Street where we have pet supplies at 50-75% savings for donations and also at PetSmart in Statesville, and Petco in Mooresville. Remember to check us out on Facebook.
